Ride
by Pookie
The cold night air made her body shiver as she crossed the empty yard silently. Moving swiftly under the shadows, she reached the small wooden corral where a tall black stallion avidly watched her. She smiled as she petted his soft muzzle, all the while guiding him towards the exit. The loud squeak of the unoiled hinges made her suddenly look around in fright, fearing to be discovered so easily. Her fears soon disappeared as she realized the only other beings awake on this clear night were crickets. She sighed happily, and in a fluid motion, mounted her black horse, reveling at the feel of those powerful muscles beneath her. “Tonight, we ride,” she whispered into his small ears before urging him forward. Eager for the exercise, the horse suddenly launched into a quick trot, slowly accelerating his pace into a gallop at his rider’s command. She wrapped her legs tighter around him and leaned over his neck, her hands lost in his coarse hair. Beneath her she could feel every one of his muscles moving, the movement slowly creating a delicious warmth in her body. She closed her eyes and smiled as she felt the perfect union of their bodies as they rode silently into the night.
Soon
they reached a group of large rocks and the pair reluctantly slowed down. A
small path lead between the rocks and they carefully followed it, guided by the
bright moonlight above. The horse’s head suddenly jerked up as a small whistle
echoed between the rocks. Both horse and rider turned around to find a tall
longhaired figure standing behind them, the mischievous smile on their face
barely visible. “May I?” Without waiting for an answer, the figure walked up
alongside the horse and suddenly mounted. The animal quickly shifted his weight
and snorted, the additional weight suddenly bothering him. With a smile she
caressed his hair and murmured reassuring words into his ear before forcing him
to continue his path. After a few hesitant minutes, the horse and his two
riders started back down the path.
“You
shouldn’t be here,” she said quietly.
“Neither
should you,” came the laughing answer.
With
that they reached the end of the path. Before them was a wide stretch of beach,
the moonlight shining invitingly on the dark ocean. Without a worry about her
friend, she suddenly urged the black stallion in a wild gallop. A small smile
appeared on her face as she felt a warm body press against her back followed by
a pair of arms holding tightly to her waist. The wonderful sensations soon
reclaimed her body as she could feel the powerful movements of the horse. The
quiet sigh of pleasure she felt in her neck told her that her companion was
also fully enjoying this wild gallop into the night. She leaned lower unto the
outstretched neck and suddenly gasped as she felt a hand moved down her body.
Cold salty drops of water splashed around them, drenching their legs and mixing
with the growing sweat that covered the black body. They do not know how long
they rode with wild abandon into the night for each of them was too lost into
their own intense pleasure to notice. When finally they stopped, both riders
collapsed into the soft sand, broad smiles painted upon their faces. Out on the
horizon a vague light was starting to appear, the promise of another beautiful
day. A last cold breeze made both bodies snuggled up closer together as they
watched silently for the new sun to rise.
